I manage complex projects + productions, build better systems, and strengthen hyper-local resilience.
Based in Oakland, California, I’m a producer-turned-doula-turned-emergency-management specialist + community organizer.
I build practical preparedness, calmer operations, and systems that help people care for one another before, during, and after emergencies. I believe preparedness should be collective, accessible, and rooted in care.
A brief professional timeline
2010 - 2023
Film, Advertising + Event Production
Produced films, campaigns, and live experiences across countries, languages, budgets, and genres. Worked on things like Audi campaigns, all women's wrestling, festival darlings, and everything in between.
2023 - Present
Operations + Systems Design
Began helping individuals and small teams untangle complicated workflows, manage projects, and build practical systems using Notion.
2023 - Present
Birth + Postpartum Support
Brought the same calm-under-pressure approach to birth work, helping families prepare, navigate uncertainty, and feel supported through major transitions.
2024 - Present
Emergency Preparedness + Community Resilience
Earned an emergency management certification (and took some homeland security classes) through Cal OES and founded Resilient Peeps to make preparedness more practical, collective, and accessible. Now also connecting neighborhoods through the Resilient Neighbor Network.
Everything I do is about helping people feel less overwhelmed and more capable. I’m a proud prepper, staunch collectivist, avid Notion user, scheduling and budgeting whiz, and firm believer in having a backup plan.
In my free time, I enjoy: biking, hiking, cooking, reading, sewing, making things, and being in community.

Practical, trauma-informed support for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, including planning for baby, birth-partner preparation, doula care, and unlearning patriarchal parenting.
